During his two-day visit, the author Wolfgang Dorn, whose well-known and esteemed main work of the art travel guide “Turkey Central Anatolia”, stayed in Alanya / Çıplaklı.
Many of the publications of Mr. Dorn, who has been touring Turkey since 1967 and has also been leading small group tours of Turkey lovers to hitherto unknown destinations, which still form the basis of the tour guide training at the universities of the country.
As probably one of the few real Turkish connoisseurs, Mr. Dorn developed very early new ideas and ways to bring the really versatile historical places and places closer to a wider audience.
