Renting out holiday properties


The new rules that came into force on January 1st, 2024 affect all properties that are (to be) rented out for holiday purposes.

Properties located on a shared plot must obtain approval from the owners’ meeting or from any neighbors who are on the same plot/land – including villas. Only villas located on a single plot (müstakil) do not need approval from others. These villas must also go through the registration process as a vacation property.

Due to the high number of applications, there are delays in the approval process.
