Profit tax in Turkey


This topic is also currently being discussed in many places, as there was or is probably a proposal or draft for a change. The important word is “proposal”; as in other democratic countries, these proposals/drafts are discussed in parliament and, just like elsewhere, no draft passes without changes or adjustments, if it is even put to a vote. So it is currently the same as before:

A profit tax is due in Turkey, but only if a property is resold within 5 years.
