Women’s Day took place for the first time on March 19, 1911, and a few years later it was moved to March 8. At the beginning of the 20th century, women were not allowed in almost any country in the world to vote. Clara Zetkin wanted to advocate for exactly this and introduced the day. It wasn’t just her about equality, but also about the right to vote for women. The great leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk brought the value he taught to women in society attaches importance to every opportunity, with the words: “All we see in the world is this work of women.” Before women received the right to vote in many other European countries, it was legislated in Turkey in 1934, 36 years earlier than in Switzerland and 11 years before France and 14 years before Belgium. The managing director of Al-Active, Sehhan Arabaci, is in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Entrepreneurs in Alanya.
