The barrier-free public beach on the world-famous Cleopatra Beach in Damlataş in ALANYA is affiliated to the Municipality’s Social Welfare Affairs Directorate and enables disabled people to enjoy the sea comfortably. The beach, which brings visitors together with the sea, hosts local and foreign citizens who spend their holidays in Alanya, as well as disabled people. The beach, which is Turkey’s first barrier-free public beach with the Blue Flag and is set as an example for its cleanliness and social facilities, also offers convenience in terms of transportation. Disabled people who are taken to the beach by private vehicles can access the sea by using the ramp elevator.
