In Alanya, the Atatürk Monument and its forecourt were cleaned. It had hardly rained recently and birds had also left their droppings. As a result, the monument and the square had become unsightly. The Alanya city administration therefore sent a group of workers to Atatürk Square. The monument and its base were cleaned with soapy water, and a high-pressure cleaner was used on the forecourt. The area now shines in its former glory again.
