In contrast to TUI Fly and Condor, the Turkish specialist Corendon largely abides by the planned capacities between Germany and Antalya. However, he cannot hold on to everything: with 430,000 seats in Turkey, the summer capacity is almost 20 percent lower than the original schedule.
The consequences for German customers are minimal, insured the head office in Antalya: they will either be rebooked on a parallel airline, or because of several flight days a week flights will be merged. “The demand for reservations in Turkey has been picking up again in recent days, so we expect to keep the current flight plan stable,” says a spokesman for the airline.
