This beautiful villa is located in Incekum, a suburb, about 25 km west of Alanya. This region is one of the most popular villa areas. Here you can enjoy the great view, lots of peace and nature. For this you are happy to travel the approx. 3km to the nearest shop or to the great beach (Ince-kum = fine sand). Wonderful days on the beach are guaranteed and in the center of nearby Avsallar you will find many national and international restaurants, small cafes and of course shops that offer everything you could wish for. The villa is offered unfurnished, the furnishing of the example villa can be optionally taken over for an additional charge. Here you can enjoy the wonderful peace and privacy. The large rooms are flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, have aluminum frames and are equipped with electric shutters and fly screens. From 3 of the 4 rooms and of course also from the large terrace you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view.
